This rule applies on following group on Telegram platform that managed by Hikari Calyx Tech (abbreviated as HCT):
Our groups are meant for technical support of all of paid services regarding to supported Nokia and Sharp phones provided by HCT only ( hikaricalyx.com ), with order number started from HCT (e.g. HCT-3100).
Those who requested service from providers other than HCT should contact the providers instead.
3.1 To prevent our group being invaded by spam bots, we have captcha bot implemented. When you join this group, please answer the 4-digit number gave by captcha bot within 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, you will be removed from the group automatically, so make sure you have answered it correctly.
3.2 Since members come from all around the world, you shall not talk in your non-English domestic language to make sure everyone will understand what you are talking about, therefore English is only allowed language to be used in this group. If you don’t understand English, please use some translator to allow you talk in English here.
3.3 You may talk about when we can provide bootloader unlock service, custom rom installation, mods after root, etc.
3.4 You may talk about the news of the triple-color company itself.
3.5 You’re allowed to report video thefting here.
3.6 Once you’re willing to follow the rules, it’s OK to stay and talk here, even if you don’t want to pay for bootloader unlock service.
4.1 According to what 3.1 mentioned, we have rights not to answer members who post message in non-English domestic language.
4.2 Since we don’t have off-topic group, please don’t talk about any unrelated stuff.
4.3 Despite competitors of us are allowed to join, self-promotion is forbidden here, including:
4.3.1 Promote your bootloader unlock service to new members in this group, either publicly or privately.
4.3.2 Promote your network unlock service, regardless of it’s related to Nokia or not.
4.4 Since we are not sure ages of members here, NSFW content is strictly forbidden.
4.5 We don’t condone piracy, so pirated commercial stuff is forbidden, including:
4.5.1 Cracked commercial software, such as MSFT Product activator, keygen, crack patch, infinite trial patch.
Note: OST LA is not commercial software.
4.5.2 Android app crackers, especially Lucky Patcher.
4.5.3 Illegal commercial game rom/disc dumps for video game consoles (e.g. Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo Switch).
4.6 We want a politically neutral environment here, so no political stuff is allowed here.
4.7 We don’t allow any kind of spams here.
Depending on members’ offense, we have such policy to make sure our group will run as we expect. The policy is as follows.
Type 5.1: Talk in non-English domestic language more than 4 times
Penalty: Warning
Type 5.2: Self Promotion
Penalty: 3 days block to member, when the block accumulated up to 3 times, will be removed and banned. 5 days block if promoted by group admin, admin rights will be revoked additionally.
Type 5.3: NSFW Content
Penalty: 15 days block to member, 20 days block if mentioned by group admin, admin rights will be revoked additionally.
Type 5.4: Pirated Commercial Stuff
Penalty: 2 days block to member, when the block accumulated up to 3 times, will be removed and banned. 3 days block if member by group admin, admin rights will be revoked additionally.
Type 5.5: Political Stuff
Penalty: 20 days block to member, 30 days block if mentioned by group admin, admin rights will be revoked additionally.
Type 5.6: Spam
Penalty: Most of spams will be blocked by join captcha bot automatically, but if not – will be removed and banned from our group.
Type 5.7: Got warning more than 3 times
Penalty: 1 day block to member, when the block accumulated up to 3 times, will be removed and banned.
6.1 The group rules may be updated or changed, so please be sure to check the usage rules when we inform the changes of rules.
6.2 Hikari Calyx Tech reserves the right of final interpretation of the above rules.
